Nancy A. Williams graduated from Georgia State University with a BBA in Computer Information Systems in 1986. Since then, Ms. Williams has been in the staffing industry performing roles in account management, large account management, director, branch coordinator, and co-owner of ASAP Solutions Group LLC which was formerly known as ASAP Staffing LLC. She has worked for such companies as IBM, Unisys, and Comforce.
Roz Alford and Nancy Williams are co-principals of ASAP, which is headquartered in Atlanta, GA. Nancy is the visionary of the company and has led the sales force to epic revenues in tough economic times. Her position entails ensuring that quality processes and procedures are met by the organization to meet the goals of ASAP and their clients. She also conducts planning meetings with the company to develop goals of the organization twice annually. Under her direction, she has helped ASAP Solutions Group, LLC grow to $88,000,000 in sales for 2014. The company is spreading globally with branch offices in New Jersey/New York, Dallas and India. Our consultant teams within 46 states within the USA, Canada and India. Together with Roz, they believe that their success is a direct correlation to the relationship that they have built with their clients and consultants by becoming value-added partners and advisors.
Not only is she dedicated to succeeding in her work, but Nancy also is heavily involved in the community. She has been instrumental in setting up a program with the Partnership Against Domestic Violence to provide positions. She is also involved with several non-profit boards in the community which she resides in.
