C5 isn’t much without our students. So, one of the most important things we do every year is carefully select the young people who will be a part of our five-year experience. This selection process is a necessary phase of the C5 experience, but it’s also a great chance for students to learn about and prepare for their future with the program. It’s a big undertaking—and we don’t do it alone. Our selection process wouldn’t be successful without our community partners and dedicated volunteers, as well as the families of our students and the students themselves. Many thanks to all.

But before the application process even begins, we want students and families to get an in-depth view of what C5 Georgia is and what we offer to Metro Atlanta youth. How do we do it? By offering information sessions over a month or so in the fall, scattered throughout the city, where students and parents alike are welcome to visit, chat, and learn about our program.

This fall, we will be hosting nine information sessions in collaboration with some of our community partners. The five upcoming are listed below. Information sessions are open to anyone, but families of students nominated by a community partner and those who would like to have a C5 Georgia presence in their own middle school are especially encouraged to attend. So, if you have a student who is currently in the 7th grade, please join us at one of the following sessions. We can’t wait to tell you about what we’re doing at C5 Georgia:
