C5 Georgia Announces New Executive Director

We are pleased to welcome Jackie Cannizzo as our new executive director.   Jackie has been involved as a volunteer in various non-profits fundraising throughout her career as a PGA Golf Professional, but most recently has become more active as the leader of non-profits.  She recently led the JCI Foundation and its premier program, the Judson Women’s Leadership conference and the Judson Collegiate, a women’s leadership initiative.

She became the executive director of C5 Georgia Youth program in November of 2017. She had been involved with C5 Georgia through the Drive for Youth Classic Golf Event. Jackie brings her expertise in relationship building, event planning, brand strategy, sports marketing, business development and fundraising to the C5 program.

Born in Syracuse, NY, she attended University of North Carolina-Wilmington on a golf scholarship and received her degree in communication. Her career path has included competing at all levels in the game in the golf as well as coaching and teaching golf to all levels of students. She has created successful programming for all golfers, especially women and kids. The game of golf has been instrumental in supporting programs that benefit our communities.

Jackie is the founder and President of the Esther Cannizzo Junior Golf Foundation, a board member of Purple Heart Homes Metro Atlanta.
